Having an ample supply of clean water is a top priority in an Emergency
- A normally active person needs to drink at least one half gallon of water each day. Some people could require more, depending on their circumstances, such as hotter environments or people who are ill.
- At least one gallon a day is needed for each person for food preparation and hygiene.
- It is also very important that you never ration the amount of water you need. Try to minimize the amount of water that your body needs by 1st staying cool or slowing your activities.
Think ahead for such emergencies and store at least two weeks for each member of your family.
Water is important to your survival, so always be looking for more water to store.
